**Byblos Deli Catering Order Cancellation Policy**

**Update and Effective Date: January 1, 2024**

This Catering Order Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations of catering orders with Byblos Deli. Clients are advised to carefully review and understand the following provisions:

**1. Cancellation Timeline:**

   - Cancellations made more than 30 full calendar days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.

   - Cancellations made within 10 full calendar days of the scheduled event date will be subject to a cancellation 10% fee.

**2. Cancellation Fee:**

   - For cancellations within 5 full calendar days of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost will apply.

**3. Refund Process:**

   - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10 business days.

   - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

**4. Cancellation Notification:**

   - Clients must notify Byblos Deli of any cancellations in writing, either via email or official written communication. We encourage you to also communicate with Chef Khalil via a phone call to Byblos Deli to ensure the notification was received, and to discuss potential options. 

   - Late notifications will impact the refund eligibility.

**5. Exceptional Circumstances:**

   - Byblos Deli understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our catering team to discuss options and potential accommodations.

**6. Menu Changes and Adjustments:**

   - Any changes or adjustments to the catering order made within 10 full calendar days of the event may be subject to additional charges, including a reasonable administration fee.

**7. Force Majeure and Government Regulations:**

   - Byblos Deli shall not be held liable for any cancellation or modification of catering orders due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or government regulations beyond our control.

   - In such cases, Byblos Deli reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone catering orders without liability.

**8. Communication:**

   - Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or changes in a timely manner to ensure the best possible service.

By proceeding with a catering order from Byblos Deli, clients expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. 

Clients further understand and accept that Byblos Deli cannot be held liable for force majeure events, including actions or regulations imposed by government authorities.
